London Stock Exchange - Intermittent Trading Venue Presentation & Reception

The British American Business Council of Georgia and Arnall Golden Gregory LLP are pleased to host the first U.S. presentation of the planned Intermittent Trading Venue from the London Stock Exchange Group.

The London Stock Exchange is developing a new Intermittent Trading Venue market that offers private companies access to periodic liquidity.  Designed to fill the liquidity void in the market, companies will periodically access public market liquidity infrastructure for their shareholders while remaining private, developing a vibrant ecosystem and capital market that support scaling companies across their lifecycle and funding journey. Accredited investors gain access to Venture Capital and Private Equity companies they may not have been able to otherwise. 

This venue is expected to launch before the end of 2024.  

This presentation is appropriate for VC and PE backed companies and PE and VC firms seeking to provide shareholders with access to liquidity while remaining private.  All advisors including attorneys, accountants and intermediaries are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Representatives from Arnall Golden Gregory and the London Stock Exchange Group will be available for a limited number of individual meetings before and after the presentation.
