Jennifer Self Langley joined BABC Georgia in September 2024 as the organizations’ Executive Director. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, Jennifer plans to double membership, expand BABC’s presence in the marketplace, and align the organization with other affiliated groups in Georgia, US, and UK to further the mission to help businesses and individuals promote trans-Atlantic trade through a thriving network of executives across the United States of America and United Kingdom. Jennifer is a senior executive with 20+ years of success building organizations and associations through strategic growth initiatives and effective operations management to thoroughly execute an organization’s mission and vision by assembling a support team and providing oversight. She is a cross-functional change agent known for building top-performing teams and pioneering solutions that drive organizational growth, profitability, and sustainability. She works well in a variety of organizational structures evident through multiple examples of entrepreneurship, self-managed leadership roles in large organizations, and connective roles between national and local association leadership. Jennifer and her team provide association management, event planning, marketing and communications for organizations such as The CFO Leadership Council, International Women’s Forum, Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Association for Corporate Growth, National Association for Corporate Directors and others. Prior to forming her association management company, Jennifer founded several entrepreneurial companies; and worked in crisis management and communications for The Coca-Cola Company. She graduated with a BBA in Risk Management from the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia. |
